Without the extra Dreads the Lash princes aren't that durable - I'd be looking to take Sorcs instead and chuck them into Rhinos where they can Lash from there. This saves some points and would allow for combi-weapons or Havoc Launchers on all the Rhinos or more Dreads.

You also don't really need the extra Plague bodies - yes they become more durable but if you trim enough you could get a 4th squad with Rhino and more weapons, particularly if you're dropping the Daemon Princes to Sorcs.

Bezerkers I'm never really a fan of - their basic use can be imitated by your bog standard Chaos Marines though with the added benefit of ranged options. That being said, they do compliment the Plagues nicely but if you need those couple extra points to trim to add in another Dread/Plague squad, look to drop a couple Zerkers but make sure their rides have combi-meltas to break open opponent transports.

Oblits are obviously fine.
