Not really sure what you want this list to do. The options are all generally okay (Reavers stand out as not) but nothing really fits. You've got a combat character but only one semi-decent combat unit and Wyches aren't exactly hard hitting (much better as tarpits and beating up so-so units). The Trueborn in Venoms are nice as are the Ravagers but everything else around them doesn't have much focus. Since you've got quite a bit of shooting in terms of heavy support and the Trueborn I'd recommend continuing in that vein or going for some smaller combat units like Hellions, Beastmasters or more Wyches as Troops rather than a token squad.
With more info on how you want to run the list we can make the list have a better focus and therefore a better list.
