We can thank GWvsJohn for the inspiration on this one. I've had Tyranids since 3rd edition and when their new codex came out in 3rd/4th and now 5th I was always tempted to really start playing them rather than get the smattering of models that I had. This codex changed that with a list I enjoy, is different from what I normally run and is competitive. I'll run through a few lists over the coming months to figure out alternatives to the Swarmlord but for the moment, this is mylist.

Done some re-working of the blog so can fit in some new pages. All my armies are now on seperate and older posts but can still be viewed under the My Armies link under in-site navigation. Here's an old comment that I've moved to this page.
From March 31st:
"Had another trial game against Dual Command Bikers by Smurfy on that funny program. This was a test against a fast list and I still feel like I need to fiddle with Warriors and the list is slow. However, thanks to FNP, no psy defense and good save rolling (my to hits and wounds were average, my saves were like 80%) I was able to control the board though might of been different in an objective mission.
TFexes didn't do much :( but Hive Guard were the lynchpin. They really do make this list tick in midfield (beyond the Tervigons).
Anyways, GG smurfy."
