The list overall is solid. It's got the right idea of shoot lots of Crisis Suits and defend those suits like no tomorrow. Few changes I'd make however.

Kroot squad - too big. You want to layer these guys in two squads to slow your opponent's infantry as much as possible. Obviously here I'd split the squads into two and use Hounds to expand them to 11, 13 or 17. Use these as a bubble-wrap around your main lines to keep infantry awa ywhich can hurt you in combat. Against less aggressive armies like Imperial Guard, these can be used as outflanking forces but their main job is to keep assault units and meltaguns away from your lines.

Broadsides - at 2000 points you really want two squads. I prefer 2x2 myself to keep it reasonably cheap but 2x3 works as well. ASS + Shield Drones are good picks but I'd also put a target lock on the Team Leader. Reduce changes of overkill and spread the suppression love.

Crisis Suits - generally like but Targeting array + HW multi-trackers get expensive on the leaders and we need to shave some points to get those extra broadsides in (unless you run 2x2). Look to shave points here as well as the Commander. Getting a 3rd squad of Crisis Suits would end up being a lot better and give you more firepower.

I'm happy with the two smaller PF squads with Fish to carry Fire Warriors but with two squads you really want more guns + squads i.e. 3rd Crisis squad. So that's what I'd be looking at within your framework. YOu have no Piranhas so you need to have more killing power compared to your normal Tau list and thus more Broadsides/Crisis. The Devilfish will ultimately be your movement blockers against tanks as well.
