I've Recently Been Buying up more Dark Eldar to Expand my 500 Point List and I was wondering if I could get some advice on this 1500 List to make it alittle more Smooth n Competitve.

At 1500 that's way too many points into HQs. I'm also not a fan of just Wyches as you're going to want to get them into combat (obviously) and this limits your scoring ability. However, they do really like pain tokens to not die horribly to shooting (and in combat). With that in mind I'd be grabbing some Wracks as Troops in Venoms with the Haemons and drop a couple of the Haemon numbers. This requires a bit of juggling in your deployment phase to move the pain tokens to the Wyches but means you don't need as many points sunk into your HQs (I'd probably run just a couple Haemonculi). You can then run Shock Prows on the Raiders (don't really need flickerfields), a Wych weapon on each of the Wych squads and a couple Wrack squads in Venoms for pain tokens and more scoring.

You can probably drop the flickerfields on the Ravagers as well since you'll be grabbing some Venoms to try and save some points. THe single Blasterborn aren't going to be super flash either but it does give you some more anti-tank options but I'd consider them as double Lanceborn and use the Venom to run around providing cover for your other vehicles.
