Pretty stock standard in regards to what most people will see with Sisters but you have two units without Rides - why? Shave off the extra Dominions and some of the Retributors for two extra Rhinos for the 3rd SoB squad and 2nd Battle Conclave. I'd also be running double meltaguns on all of the Battle Sisters and combi-flamers on the VSS if you have the points. Heavy Flamers are just too expensive as they stand on your regular squads and whilst having a backfield scoring SoB unit is cute, it's not exactly cheap. Simply move the SoB units backwards as the game nears a close to control objectives - it's a liability in NOVA based missions but without cheap and plentiful Troops, that's always going to be an issue for SoB.
Personally I'd rather just run max DCA as well - Crusaders up the durability of the unit but they are still T3/3++ so not amazingly durable and having more killing power is very handy.
