I think the first one but there are some changes I'd make. Reason why first one though is primarily the Stalkers aren't being taken advantage of I feel. THe Stalkers don't really need entropic strike to be effective (though you obviously don't need to play as aggressively to get into melta range) but you don't have a lot of tesla fire to take advantage of the twin-linked ability.
The first list doesn't have this issue though I think replacing both of the Spyders with some Barges is going to net you a better result. The farm concept is fun but not really needed and since you're only bringing two spyders...well the Barges will provide more. You lose passive psyker D but gain some more very valuable firepower. I'd also look to expand the Immortals unit a bit - personally wouldn't take the Lord to go with them but rather get more bodies and use Veil + 24" shooting to keep you safe from combat.
