My name is Christian and I have recently started playing 40k and am making my plans to attend my first tournament in a couple months, and I need to get an army concept down so I can start painting and testing it beforehand. I really loved your Thunderbubble ideas and am trying to fit them into 1850 points, however the low number of Troops and low amounts of melta has me worried. Well, here is what I have so far.

Funnily enough Christian, this is the same issue I'm having atm! Since you've got the extra 100 points though fitting 10 terminators into your list is a lot easier. I'd look at dropping one of the Typhoons down to an MM/HF Speeder and the Terminator Armor on the Libby and adding in combi-meltas on the LasPlas squads and Libby himself (I recall he can take one). THat gives you 3 mobile MMs and 4 one shot meltas as a last ditch effort. Otherwise a solid list with a very scary defense unit which can run out and scare people too in the TH/SS.
This is probably what I will eventually do with my list but without the 10 Terminators and keeping a full Tac squad...
