Solid list there Marc but a few changes. All of the Chimeras should really be ML/HF. ML/HB is also a decent setup for 6 shots but the ML beats out the HB on top for the extra point of strength which makes the Chimera itself an effective anti-infantry and anti-tank unit. There are however a few changes I'd suggest...
The Storm Troopers are basically more expensive Vets with less bodies and some deployment options which can be nice but they are generally going to be in the Chimera anyway so not too fantastic. The lone PBS isn't also going to be able to do much so what I'd suggest is simply 'convert' the Storm Trooper points to 2 more PBS squads. This relates directly to the style of list you're running with the Medusas and Devildogs and gives you 8 blasts to wail on people with. Alternatively I'd switch one ST squad to a PBS and use the points from the other squad to get a small bubble-wrap to protect your artillery but not really necessary and the extra blast and chimera chassis is going to be a better buy IMO.
You'll also save some points so I'd look at putting more meltaguns on the CCS (you don't need the flamer on that squad) or upgrading the flamers on the Veterans to meltaguns (again, you've got a bunch of templates from all of the Chimera hulls and you've got a bunch of anti-infantry from...well everything).
