Building Tyranids to 2000: Thoughts?

So I'm looking to expand my "regular" army to 2000pts; until now, I've been able to field 2K or more, but I haven't really had much of a standard build for it, so I'm looking to solidify things down a bit. TSHFT is coming up on spring here and there's a shop north of me in Salem that runs regular 2K tournaments that I'd like to try hitting up more often, both of which are good encouragements to work on this project a bit.

So! I have several lists that I'm trying to narrow down, but having spent so much time staring at them over the past couple of weeks, I think I need some outside thoughts on things to get perspective.

1 Hive Tyrant (350)
HVC, OA, Adrenal
2 Tyrant Guard
3 Hive Guard (150)
3 Hive Guard (150)
2 Hive Guard (100)
10 Termagants (50)
10 Termagants (50)
1 Tervigon (225)
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin, Regen
1 Tervigon (225)
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin, Regen
1 Harpy (170)
HVC
1 Tyrannofex (265)
Rupture, Cluster, Electro
1 Tyrannofex (265)
Rupture, Cluster, Electro

Very basic list with all the usual suspects. This is sort of my default mode, but it has a few little things I'm worried about (only two Tervigons) and I would need to finish building and painting my Harpy and TFexes (rather than proxying) if I wanted to bring it to an actual tournament. Tervigons get Regen because there were some leftover points and boosting their survivability was useful.

A slight tweak on the list would be to drop the Harpy, Regen, and Adrenal on the Tyrant in order to take a third Tervi/Terma pair. I like this because it gives the list a very strong scoring presence, but losing the fast, accurate S9 blast hurts.

1 Hive Tyrant (360)
HVC, OA, Regen
2 Tyrant Guard
3 Hive Guard (150)
3 Hive Guard (150)
3 Hive Guard (150)
10 Termagants (50)
10 Termagants (50)
1 Tervigon (195)
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin
1 Tervigon (195)
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin
1 Trygon (200)
1 Trygon (200)
1 Tyrannofex (295)
Rupture, Cluster, Electro, Regen

A more aggressive list and a bit of a hybrid. While I would call this one "worse" in a lot of senses, it could fare better against foot lists (which I expect to see a fair number of in both venues) and I already have the models for it. Weaker scoring presence, but with all the W6 monsters rushing into their face they would hopefully be too busy dealing with threats to be gunning down all my troops. This also has the possibility of taking Hive Commander and being able to swap into a more reserves-capable list, which seems like a nice option. Again, Regen on the Tyrant and TFexe are just point fillers.

1 Hive Tyrant
HVC, OA
2 Tyrant Guard
3 Hive Guard

1 Tervigon
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin, Scything

1 Tervigon
Cluster, Catalyst, Adrenal, Toxin, Scything
1 Harpy
TLVC, Cluster

1 Harpy
TLVC, Cluster

Just a thought I had recently when looking at TFexes and Harpies. "Hey, I can get three of the former for the price of two of the latter. Hey, I'm running two TFexes in my list..." Ends up being a pretty crazy amount of suppression fire, but less resilient than the other lists. It does have three Tervis, though, which is nice, and the Harpies give it a surprisingly large amount of anti-infantry firepower (potentially nine large blast shots in one turn.) However, building it means sinking $180 into Harpy conversions, which is something of a deterrent.

So, opinions? Thoughts? All of the lists share a lot of similarities, but play out reasonably differently. I'm trying to get this ball rolling before the actual events sneak up on me so I'll be ready in time rather than trying to paint 1200pts in two weeks or whatever.
