Couple things starting with the fact you have four elites (3 trueborn + 1 incubi) and ending with you only have 20 Wyches as scoring. Not going to cut it. I'd look to change the Blasterborn to Raider Warriors to get more scoring bodies, cut back the Elites you have and attempt to maintain the number of darklight shots you have. With the Razorwings you don't need as many Venoms and if you grab large Warrior squads as well, then you've got some splinter shots there to cover any perceived loss of anti-infantry firepower.

That solves those issues but a single and small Incubi squad is going to be pretty easy to ignore so I'd look to grab another in a Venom (don't bother with nightshields on them btw). By having two squads of Incubi, even though they are small, plus the two Wych squads you'll be able to use the Wyches as tarpits and the Incubi to finish squads off or run around with the Reavers and tackle smaller squads solo. I would have to recommend the Duke over your current Archon setup though as you get that extra combat drug roll and you can make your shardcarbine Trueborn a lot scarier with 3+ poisoned shots. This drags fire away from your Incubi and Wychs as well.

To scrap together the points for the 2nd Incubi squad you'll need to scrap some upgrades. You don't need flickerfields on the Raiders for example (the couple of Venoms you have will provide cover) and since we're looking to run two Incubi squads, the Agonisers on the Hekatriks aren't hyper necessary (look to be cheap and go for Venom blades there). Dropping the Cannons on the Trueborn (or a couple squad members) will shave a few points as well. Not sure what points you're going for (1750?) but you should be able to squeeze it all in though if you can't, look to drop the Shardcarbine Trueborn and get more Warriors instead.

Most important thing I have to agree with is more scoring bodies. 20 scoring bodies isn't sufficient in any 2K army, with the possible exception of Deathwing. Especially with Dark Eldar, squishy troops require even more bodies than others. Their bad defenses require higher numbers, even if you are running a mechanized list. 4x10 would be much better.
