Grey Knight Arrival from Wayland

My stuff arrived! Yay. That's seven Power Armored Grey Knight boxes, one Grey Knight codex and one extra Razorback for larger games. The picture also shows the bases and Rhino chassis I'll be using in the army (the Dreadnoughts are conspicuously missing but they exist, too). Just now need to get the Librarian in Termie armor from Vince (who also ordered two battlewagons and some Killa Kanz) and a Chimera and I'll be set. Will probably get some Terminators in the future for some more builds but sticking with mech-based ones for the moment.

Lots to work on over the coming weeks!

So you live in Australia, order in the UK, ship the stuff around the world and still beat your local GW prices? Some company sure screwed it up.

I think it is mostly the GW pricing. What they don't get, I don't understand.

Same as in Denmark. I order from Maelstrom games (Who have a 16% Easter sale atm on to the 2 of May), and the Pund being as it is, I save huge amounts of money ordering online.
The free delivery helps :D

I assume the reason must be that because you live upside down from the viewpoint of the GWHQ the weight of the models is doubled so they cost more. :P

What list are you looking to build with this? Mixed MSU with 2x10GSS and 2x5GKSS, or Purifier spam, or?

Mixed MSU, something based on PsyCoteaz and a Purifier list at some point. When I can budget for some GKT boxes I'll make a couple more but magnets will obviously help and still need a couple of Chimeras.

The weakness of the pound is a god-send for us Swedes. Here, an Assault Squad costs like... 24 pounds. I can order those from England for 18.50. Battle forces differ by 20 pounds in price between Sweden and England. 20 pounds is a lot, especially as you already save that much on the bundle to begin with.

Kirbs, I know you aren't actually comtemplating using those vehicles in your Grey Knight army as well as your Space Marine one. I just know you're not. Because that would be bad form and smack of cheapness and being a lameass.
