I've added this up to 2467 points so we have something to play with right off the bat which we need I'm afraid. This list has very little firepower for 2500 points. At 1750-2000 you'd expect to have more firepower with LasPlas Razorbacks and the LF squads and whilst this list obviously has two big rocks with the TWC, the whole list can be streamlined. So for now let's completely drop the Lord on TWC and TWC squads to see what points we have to play with. This takes us all the way down to 1512 points and shows how many points are being sunk into basically 11 models. We're also going to take the EA off the two Rhinos which sends us back down to 1482. We've now got over 1000 points to work with.

First we'll add 4x LasPlas Razorbacks to the army and replace the small GH squads transports with Rhinos. This takes our list to 1702 and gives every full foot unit a transport to maximise the 1+1 potential. We've got two Elite slots we should really use as well. We could go for RBack spam and grab two small Wolf Guard squads but we want a combat element as that's what the original list had. We could run Iron Priests on TWC for some beast fun or Wolf Scouts for disruption both of which are viable. Dreadnoughts w/2x autocannons are also a good option but put the offensive burden solely on the TWC which we don't want to do. Let's take 2x Iron Priests for the moment and with TWC, WTN and 4x Cybers they are 165 each. We're now at 2032 points so we might not be able to run the Iron Priests as more Troops are a good idea. We'll add in another 5x GH w/meltagun and Wolf Guard w/combi-melta and power fist in which takes us to 2190. Not going to be enough for a Lord + 2x TWC squads so let's drop a Rune Priest taking us back to 2090.

We'll start with the TWC. One of my favorite and most basic setups is 3x TWC w/TH, meltabomb for 185 and two of these squads takes us up to 2460 points; not enough for a TWC Lord my any means. So the question is how to free up the points. There are a couple of options. Drop the Iron Priests down to Wolf Scouts which saves us ~160. Drop the Rune Priest which saves us ~100. Drop the 5th GH squad which saves us ~150. Dropping the Priest or 5th GH squad loses us something which don't want so let's drop the Iron Priests down to Wolf Scouts (altneratively we could this list without a Wolf Lord). A basic Wolf Scout squad w/meltagun is 85 and we'll add a Wolf Guard w/combi-melta and PFist for 43 points. Two Scout squads + a Wolf Guard = 213 points and gains us 117 points overall. You'll notice only one Scout squad has a Wolf Guard as we'll move one of the Wolf Guard from a small GH squad over and let the RP camp that squad.

This gives us 157 points to play with for a TWC HQ which isn't going to be enough for a Lord or even an effective Battle Leader so let's shave some more points. We'll drop one Fang from each squad which gives us 75 points (232 total). It sucks to lose 3 missiles and why I might lean towards the list without a Lord but we now have a very scary HQ in combat. With that many points we can give the Lord a TWC, 2 pups, Wolf Claw and Stormshield and have 17 points leftover. If you want a Saga you'll have to drop the Pups. For now we'll put Saga of the Beastslayer on which combines well with the Claw. This then gives you:

So I've somehow added wrong again in the middle of the post (I promise, I am good at math...) and there's 50 points spare. We can add in a beefy saga to the Lord, add SS to the TWC (or even buy another TWC), grab 2 more LF w/missiles (I prefer this option) or 5 HKMs on the Rhinos for afirst turn salvo.

Overall this list has lost some combat punch (down 4 TWC total) but has greatly gained in midfield and long-ranged fire support. The Rhinos also have saturation now and there are still a lot of bodies on the board.
