3++ Logo Work

Still working on the 3++ logo for stamping on merchandise with Goatboy and fester's significant help. Here's the recent picture Goatboy has drawn up and some changes with the 3++ text and coloring. The skull + cap could potentially replace the Commissar Hat on the Dice as an outline (though replace the sword with a pointing hand). How would feel about that?

NB. THIS IS NOT FOR THE SITE. This is for merchandise only since I cannot legally use the Kirby image and sell stuff with it on it.

i know using kirby is copyright infringemnt but hes soo cute in the hat+ gun :P , now on those logos its just a skull with a gun :(

Mmmm, I think I am with fuzzbucket. The dice and the logos just aren't quite right without having something on a '6' or by not using pinky. I know I am not helping with what I want it to be, but at least I am saying one of thousands of things I don't want it to be.... lol

This is only for merchandise since I cannot use the Kirby icon on things I sell legally.

I like "Nintendo Kirby" better, but this is a great compromise for merchandise.

It feels like "grimdark" kirby, which seems appropriate for dice for 40k.

I like the white skull one. And it keeps it further from the original Kirby logo so it's further away from their copyright.

Also, is it possible to put the 3++ logo on the 3's instead of the 6's? :p

I think that if you changed your name to "Curby", or "Kirbby", "Kirbissar" that Nintendo wouldn't have a case against you. The graphics are different enough not to infringe. So that leaves only the name that ties them to Nintendo's IP.

Making funny characterizations of Captain Kirk is ok, as long as you call him "Smirk" or something that's obviously a parody.
